Our refund and cancelation policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can only offer you purchase credit.

Any content that you have contributed toward the construction of us providing a digital service(s), will be returned to you. Website development assets are owned by Web Development USA and leased back to clients. Web Development USA does not own customer website domain (URL) addresses. We purchase the lease of them or assist in redirecting them to a customer’s website. 

To cancel (return) a digital service that you’ve purchased from Web Development USA, simply contact your account manager or email us at support@webdevusa.com about your wish to cancel a service.
